Arnhold Sourcing inspects products to the highest international standards to ensure we meet or exceed the requirements of our customers. Our inspectors use stringent processes to inspect at critical points of the production process. We have specific methodologies for pre-production, in-process and final inspections to ensure quality from start to finish. In addition, each of the factories is regularly audited to confirm they are meeting international standards.

The basic steps of the complete Quality System include:

• Preparation - extensive up-front planning to ensure we are clear about our customer requirements.
• Total Quality Control - including pre-production, in-process and final inspections.
• Product Expertise - we use Quality Managers with product specific expertise and over 60 years of collective experience.
• Understanding of Standards and Approvals - products are tested to meet the international standards required for each of the customers markets. These standards include EN, UL, SABS and Watermark.
• Independent Lab Testing - all testing standards are confirmed from independent testing laboratories.
